  1. FSTAT is a small utility to display a list of all open files and devices in
  2. the system file table, along with as much information about them as I could
  3. cram into one line.  I find it useful for diagnosing "no more file handle"
  4. type messages, and for finding out what my TSRs are doing when I'm not
  5. looking.  It works with DOS 2.x, 3.x and 4.x (not extensively tested on 2.x)
  6. The source might prove useful if you want to know how to snoop in the system
  7. file table.
